Touching On Predictability, Standardization & Performance

How important is predictability and consistency in support services when working towards the organization’s goals?

Predictability and consistency are table stakes. You know, that’s something that you’ve got to have in a health care system. The way we’ve got in the United States, you’ve got to be able to understand what your cost components are.

You’ve got to have a high level of standardization across all of the support services. That that way you can deliver a low, efficient cost structure that still drives a high level of, patient outcomes, bed turn times, patient satisfaction and scores, all of those things, that our health care providers are looking for in today’s environment.

What are the biggest challenges in standardizing operations across multiple facilities?

It’s complex. It’s not something that’s easily done. It’s not something that’s traditionally done in our in our health care systems. So to be able to have the right technology that is breaking down some of those walls, to be able to have, clear communications across all the the support services area and clear communications with our clinical providers as well. It’s it’s really important.

Can you quantify the impact of standardization on financial or operational performance?

Everyone starts at a different point in place in time. So from a from a financial standpoint, typically what we see is anywhere from 8 to 15% and cost savings. From a financial standpoint, from a patient outcomes standpoint, we typically see 5 to 7 points in, each cap score increases. We typically see, big turnaround times in the 20 to 25% reduction. Just utilizing our systems or technologies that, allow us to, you know, achieve these, these very efficient and measurable results. When it comes to data analytics and technology and decision making.
